Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua
Welcome to Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or participating in any tour.
By making a booking, paying a deposit, or participating in a tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
All tours must be booked directly through Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua, either through our website, booking page, or direct confirmation from our team.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be stated at the time of booking.
Your booking is only confirmed once your deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Riders may not begin the tour until full payment has been received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date, late arrivals, or failure to appear will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, except where Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua cancels the tour and no suitable reschedule option is available.
If Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua cancels a tour due to guide illness, mechanical issues, unsafe conditions, extreme weather, or other operational reasons, riders may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of payments made for the cancelled tour.
Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua is not responsible for additional costs incurred by riders, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, transport, missed connections, travel delays, or other personal expenses.
3. Rider Requirements
All riders must:

Be 18 years or older.

Hold a valid driver’s licence.

Be physically and mentally capable of riding a motorcycle.

Have previous motorcycle riding experience suitable for the tour booked.

Follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

Comply with local traffic laws and road rules.

Ride responsibly and within their own ability.
Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua reserves the right to refuse participation to any rider who appears unfit, unsafe, inexperienced for the selected tour, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or unable to follow safety instructions.
No refund will be given where a rider is refused participation or removed from a tour due to unsafe behaviour, reckless riding, intoxication, false information, or failure to follow guide instructions.
Each guide leads up to 4 riders. Larger groups may require an additional guide to maintain safety and tour quality.
4. Licence, Insurance & Documents
Riders are responsible for ensuring that their driver’s licence, travel insurance, and personal documents are valid for motorcycle riding in Nicaragua.
All riders must carry valid travel insurance that covers motorcycle riding in Nicaragua, including emergency medical treatment and medical evacuation.
Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua does not provide personal travel insurance, medical insurance, evacuation insurance, or cover for personal belongings.
Riders may be asked to provide proof of insurance, emergency contact details, and a copy of their driver’s licence before the tour begins.
Failure to provide suitable proof of insurance may result in refusal of participation without refund.
5. Assumption of Risk
Motorcycle touring, off-road riding, and adventure travel involve inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

Falls, crashes, collisions, or loss of control.

Injury or death.
-
Damage to personal property.
-
Mechanical failure.
-
Changing road, trail, traffic, or weather conditions.

River crossings, mud, gravel, sand, rocks, steep terrain, animals, pedestrians, or other hazards.

Remote locations with limited access to immediate medical care.
By booking and participating, riders voluntarily accept these risks and agree to participate at their own responsibility.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua, its owners, guides, staff, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for injury, death, loss, damage, delay, expense, or inconvenience arising from participation in a tour.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
Riders agree to indemnify and hold harmless Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua, its owners, guides, staff, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from their own actions, conduct, negligence, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or failure to follow instructions during the tour.
7. Bikes, Equipment & Damage
Where motorcycles, helmets, protective gear, or other equipment are provided or arranged by Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua, riders agree to use them responsibly and return them in reasonable condition.
Riders may be responsible for damage caused by reckless riding, misuse, negligence, intentional damage, or failure to follow instructions.
Normal wear, minor scratches, and reasonable off-road use are expected. Damage caused by irresponsible or reckless behaviour may be charged to the rider.
Riders are responsible for their own personal belongings during the tour.
8. Safety & Guide Authority
The guide’s decision is final on all matters relating to safety, route choice, riding pace, weather, terrain, mechanical issues, and rider participation.
Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua reserves the right to alter, shorten, delay, reroute, or cancel any tour if required for safety, weather, mechanical, medical, or operational reasons.
Tours may take place in rain, mud, heat, dust, and changing terrain. These conditions are part of the adventure and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
9. Itinerary & Conditions
Routes, timings, stops, accommodation, meals, and activities may vary depending on weather, road conditions, rider ability, mechanical issues, availability, or local conditions.
Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua will make reasonable efforts to deliver the advertised tour experience, but exact routes and timings are not guaranteed.
Adventure riding often involves unpredictable conditions, and flexibility is part of the experience.
10. Alcohol & Drugs
Riders must not ride under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any medication that may impair their ability to ride safely.
Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua reserves the right to remove any rider from the tour if they appear impaired or unsafe to ride.
No refund will be provided in this situation.
11. Photos, Videos & Marketing
Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua may take photos and videos during tours for safety, documentation, social media, and marketing purposes.
By joining a tour, riders agree that photos and videos taken during the experience may be used by Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua unless the rider requests otherwise in writing before the tour begins.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nicaragua.
Any dispute shall first be handled in good faith between the rider and Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Nicaragua.
